This is the best product out there for controlling yeast. ive used lots of others, and this one seems to be the only one that works. reccomend that you take 1 hour before eating or two hours after. i take when i wake up and before dinner everyday. and since i take so many, im very happy with this price!

After years of dealing with candida, which was especially intense during pregnancy and nursing, I am happy to report that I think I’ve found a product that works. Well, at least works for me. I’ve been on it about 10 days now and my symptoms are 95% better. I’m hoping in another week that they have totally disappeared, but even this much relief is a huge success.
You do need to take the product not with food, otherwise the enzymes will work on the food and not the yeast. It gives some guidelines on the bottle.
Even while being pregnant, I’m happy to report that I don’t feel any side affects from taking this on an empty stomach. No nausea. No headaches or brain fog. One of the enzymes works to dissolve the yeast and the other works to eat the broken down yeast, so your body doesn’t have to process it.
I also take a strong probiotic (which I have taken for years) but didn’t make any real diet changes.
I’ve tried many other products (including pharmaceuticals) and didn’t see a major improvement.
I’m so grateful that a local health food store recommended this product to me. Hope you have equivalent success!
